I'm in Philly for business with out a rental car and there's only 1 restaurant and 1 bar within walking distance. If I want to go into the city, I have to take a shuttle to the train station.

There is an idiot neighbor who gets angry when I walk my dogs past her house if her dogs are in her back yard and all the dogs start barking.
