How the [expletive] does one guy take 108 shots? That's not even basketball.

Answer: don't ever run past half court on defense. Look how tired he is at the end.

He averaged two 3PAs per minute. Were they giving him change after he made his jumpers?

Faith Baptist Bible had a guy score 70 points on 34 FGM.

I had some drunk recent-grad type douchers tonight furious at me that I told them some dude scored 130 points in a game. I think they were like Georgetown grads? I don't know. They spent more time talking about their pick-up games with the actual team than ridiculing me, their sober bartender, for telling them to turn around and see some random kid score that much. It was kind of surreal how much they refused to look up at the big blaring sportscenter thing, nor check their iphone5's. It was also not surprising at all that they left a crappy tip. I told them we had a 5 dollar Eat Crow plate lunch special tomorrow, but I'm very confident that they had no idea what that meant.

Anyway. Bar story aside. That kid had a sweet shot, that's for sure. I don't have much respect for that coach letting one dude rack up that kind of game. It was probably a blowout, tell your stud to sit back and let his teammates take the lead. I just feel like if I were the starting small forward or something in that game, I'd be pretty annoyed/jealous/downhearted, take your pick, watching some undermatched stud chuck 3pt attempts the entire game.

Even Kobe Bryant or Allen Iverson has ever been that much of a ball hog in his career.

Taylor stayed in backcourt on defense. If the other team broke the press, they were given the layup, which is how the other kid got 70 points on 80% shooting. When Taylor's teammates got an offensive rebound, instead of the easy putback, kicked it out to Taylor.

This wasn't a basketball game. It was a farce.

I'm 41, out of shape, and I guarantee Taylor wouldn't get off half those shots.

And people are mad at Joaquin Noah for taking a three for cheeseburgers?
