I'm starting this thread because my NIU Huskies are going to the Orange Bowl!!!!!!!!!!

The ESPN guys need to stop hating on the Huskies. Stubhub has tickets for as low as $16, I'm really fighting the urge to go.

Yeah they can suck it. Why all the outrage on the selection show over an exhibition game? It's not like NIU somehow sneaked into the national championship game.

Man. Not very many bowls I'm looking forward to this year. K state-Oregon and Oklahoma-aTm are the only ones.

Also rooting on NIU to beat FSU in the Orange Bowl. Although I think they're going to get killed.

It's the same thing when Connecticut made it into the Fiesta Bowl.

Yeah, between Mizzou missing a bowl, the ND/Bama title game, and other such nonsense like KSU/FSU/NIU in the BCS, my interest in Bowl season is at an all-time low.

I think espn set this up so fans will demand a bigger playoff tourna$ment.

I think ND/Bama will be a pretty good game, better than people think. But, yeah, the bowls overall are pretty disapointing.
