Key for posts messed up?

Is anyone else seeing the key for read, unread, moved, locked, etc. posts messed up?
At the bottom of my page, the key shows "moved" and "unread posts" as arrows; "no unread posts" and "unread posts (locked)" as gray locks; "unread posts [popular]" as a white page that doesn't move.
It's really weird. And the key is different when I'm logged in vs. when I'm not logged in. I checked in last night to see at least 1/3 of the topics locked! I thought the heat and the off-day was really getting to people!
