There's still hope for me. Except I detest running as exercise. Bit of a problem. Need someone to chase me with knife every morning.

The pace Meb ran is superhuman. 4:54s per mile. Faster than 12 miles per hour. On a good day, I could run all out to stay with Meb for 400 meters, tops.

"When the bomb exploded, every day since I've wanted to come back and win it," Keflezighi said.
"When the Red Sox won it and put the trophy right there," he said, pointing to the finish line, "I wanted to win it for the people of Boston. It's beyond words. The laurel wreath, the trophy."
No Meb, you are far better than the Red Sox, save for Pedroia and his heroic scrappy play.
