I think a lot of people would want Maddon as the manager of their team, but keep in mind we've seen this from the small bears before. The question for me is, does Maddon become Dusty Baker 3.0, or Lou Piniella 2.0?

I thought it was an unwritten rule among coaches and managers in all the pro sports that you don't interview for/take jobs that someone else has.
