MM's Spanish isn't that bad. The first one I felt for him talking about OT, because he really isn't very comprehensible in how it came out, he was trying to say that the tragedy something that all young people, especially those from where is comes from, can learn from. But he was trying to be sensitive and not say the wrong thing, and he got kind of tripped up. But thing about language and communication is 90% of is non verbal, and it's clear his message was from the heart and I think everyone understood what he was trying to say.

The first one was pretty clear - he is going to give Carlos every chance to win a starting spot but it's not guaranteed. Hopefully there wasn't a fraudian slip and that it was just a grammar error - but he used the past tense once for saying Carlos "had a chance" and then corrected himself and said "has a chance". Pretty sure that just a grammar error.
