Nothing like a reorg!
Through moving people around and people leaving the company or taking other positions, I am now on my fifth boss since March of 2013.
And who knows what will happen in the middle of this year when the purchase of our company is complete and we officially work for Merck.

We reorg just to reorg, although usually it's not layoffs. When we have layoffs over a certain number it has to be approved by congress. So we are perfectly safe from layoffs of a certain number!
