shady shady business people

As you all know a couple years ago I sold my business. I sold to a much larger place that had something like 20 locations in three states. They were shady and I knew they wouldn't last but I just wanted there money. 
They sold out to another local place a year ago who didn't really do memorials but had a several decade reputation in the industry. I guess they decided memorials weren't their thing and they sold out to a young guy whose been in the industry a few years. He's awesome. He'll be great as long as the industry doesn't take another big nose dive like it did in 08 and he keeps working himself at it and doesn't hire it all out like the company that bought me out did.
However the company I sold to is back.... Sorta. They just opened a location in a town about 8 miles away. We recently had a death in our family and my relative started getting calls from this company. Then the calls almost became threatening. I heard one of the messages and it was like "Mrs. Dreamers Aunt it's been two months and you haven't ordered a stone for your husband. Don't you think it's disrespectful of you to leave his grave bare?"
She was always going to the guy in town, but this kind of seals it. Who the hell calls people who have loved ones that just died and gets rough with them? That's the lowest of the low. The hell of it is these people don't even do their own work.
