Mariners prospect Victor Sanchez moved his legs Wednesday but remains unconscious and in critical condition.
Sanchez suffered a double skull fracture and brain hematoma last Friday when he was struck by a boat while swimming off the northern central coast of his native Venezuela. A CT scan taken this week showed reduced swelling in the 20-year-old's head and neck area, but the situation remains dire. Sanchez is hooked up to a breathing tube and ventilator.

Mariners pitching prospect Victor Sanchez has been transferred to a Caracas, Venezuela hospital and is awaiting CT scan results.
Sanchez remains in critical condition after suffering a double skull fracture and brain hematoma last Friday when he was struck by a boat while swimming. A previous CT scan showed reduced swelling in the 20-year-old's head and neck area, but he's not out of the woods yet.
