Always last minute to work (or late). Matters because someone else goes home when you get there.
Teaching a class? You can count on Ron to be the last one back from break, last one back from lunch, comes in after you've started. If someone looks like they might be running behind, somehow someway he'll find a way to get in after them.

I think my wife studied under Ron Smith. It's impressive her ability to make me wait even if I'm the one running behind.

This is an every woman I've ever been around thing. Their ability to mess around and not be ready never ceases to amaze me.

I actually know a man named Ron Smith, he was never ever late. He was one of those guys who set a meeting for 9 am, and if you were not sitting there ready at 8:45 you were late for the meeting.

I hate how I'm the bad guy when I'm shocked she's still not ready. One thing I've started doing is playing guitar while waiting. Something productive (IMO) that can be put down quickly (not that it will be).

Yes but not as much as the guy who has to be late for everything.

I get really annoyed at people who are constantly late. Everyone runs behind now and then, but to do it consistently tells me they don't have respect for other people's time. Same goes for people who are consistently early.

I have a wife, daughter, 3 sisters and 3 sisters-in-law. I'm kinda used to it.
