Your girlfriend know you air her dirty laundry publicly on a baseball message board?

I don't know. I want to talk to someone about it. I can't talk to anyone I know about it. I want to know how to help her put it all behind. I can delete this if it's inappropriate.

No it's fine. I don't mind reading it. I just know if I found out someone I was dating posted about my private stuff, she'd be hitting the bricks.

Guess it probably depends on what it is, but I don't know that it would bother me. I think it's helpful to have non-overlapping sets of friends with a significant other in part because you can talk to them about things you cannot discuss with mutual friends. It doesn't bother me that my girlfriend would have a need to discuss my [expletive] with others.

I'm the one person who could have given decent advice but the op isn't there.
