When will we stop 'taping' things?!?

Come on now. Maybe some people still tape tv shows with a vcr, but it ain't many. Please. It's record people.

I still say tape if I'm telling my dad something like "don't tell me the score, I taped the game". I just think if I said record he wouldn't quite comprehend what I am saying.
