My Neighbors' Driving Habits

I live at a corner in a neighborhood where maybe 50 families have to go past my house to get from the main road to their homes. I don't know who the piss ant is that likes to peel out 2-3 times per week after midnight, but if I find him, I'm going to rip his head off.
And the dip [expletive] that drives a truck that sounds like it's missing a muffler, I'm going to beat him to a bloody pulp too.

Thankfully the streets in my neighborhood are too narrow and lined with cars for that nonsense. That would throw me over the edge too. Sunday I heard someone peel out briefly on my street and I don't know how they managed to do that and not smash into a parked car. Although it wasn't much more than a chirp but still, no need to be driving like that on small one way streets that are literally lined with cars on both sides. They certainly didn't get anywhere fast since the street is barely 100 yards long to begin with and they started over half way down.

driving fast in residential areas is absurd.

Apparently the two seconds you save by driving faster is a big deal to some people.

Wow a car rant I approve of. There is just no excuse for bothering your neighbors and acting like an ass in a residential neighborhood. I say this as a guy with two loud cars. Electronic cut outs are cheap, much cheaper than having someone pissed at you and screwing with your car.

I love my neighbor with the Harley that rides it to work every morning at 4:30 am. You gotta rev that sucker up a few times before you can drive off.
