I know kind of a random toss out for a topic, but he's a guy that I've never paid attention to at all. Anybody have a scouting report on him? I see decent ERAs and FIPs via his fangraphs. Minuscule walk rates with very ho-hum K rates. He's 26 and eligible for rule 5 next year if not protected.

Any plus pitch? Is he purely a LOOGY? Could he handle that role in majors?

I'm not a scout so I don't know. I just remember he was the closer on the River Bandits team that wont he MWL championship in 2011. He pitched great that year but he never overpowered anyone.
