Sources tell Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports that Korean outfielder Hyun-soo Kim plans on signing with an MLB team this offseason.

Kim, 27, is an international free agent, so he can sign with any team rather than going through the posting process like fellow Korean professional Byung-ho Park and others. Kim hit .326/.438/.541 for the Doosan Bears this past season in the KBO, and he owns a .318 career batting average. With the Twins' recent $12.85 million bid to negotiate with Park and the success of Jung-ho Kang this past season, Kim should draw interest from outfield-needy clubs. Nov 12 - 5:08 PM
