Rant: Listen closely because our menu items have change

I'm completely on board with this. I have to call schools all the time (prep sports reporting) and get this message all the time. What's annoying is that I have no idea when the menu last changed - but it's been a long damn time.

Schools are bad with this too. Is there any school in the country where you don't have to listen closely because their menu items have changed? Probably not.

It seems to be a standard message for any system. I agree that it is as annoying as heck.

I've found you can still just constantly push 0 and will usually be redirected to the operator/front desk who can then transfer you to the person/department you want.

Lifehack confirmed. Always go with 0.

That's always my first choice. Some of the newer systems have removed the 0 function though.

Those are the true assbag companies of this world - they deserve a flaming bag of poop on their doorstep.
