Being something like 600-700 lbs for pretty much your entire adult life will do that. I don't even think he made it to 40. Still, such an incredible voice.
Plus that song has to be one of the most watched of all time on YouTube. 254 million views and counting. Then there's another "official" version on YouTube with like 50+ million views... So in total, at least 300+ million viewings of Izzy's version of the song.
