With the pure stuff that Chen Wei-Len has, I'm quite surprised they don't have him listed.

Cardinals have a deep farm system, and after the top four you have various flavors of reasons those prospects could pop or reasons why they'll never be above replacement.

Baseball America used to overrate relievers, but when you look at what effective relievers get on the trade market these days, they might now be underrating them.
